5月17日，中国驻美国使馆最新宣布，2022年5月20日起取消回国起飞前7天的核酸检测，取消自我健康监测要求，也取消起飞前24小时内的IgM抗体检测，仅需48小时内双检即可回国。

Ⅰ:取消赴华人员行前第21天或第14天检测，取消血清IgM抗体检测要求；

Ⅱ:企业人员行前闭环管理要求调整为10天，行前进行10天自我健康监测。

赴华人员未接种或没有完全接种疫苗，登机前需进行“双核酸”检测，但不再进行血清抗体LgM检测。

Ⅰ:取消lgM抗体检测要求

Ⅰ:所有赴华人员需继续进行“双核酸”检测和抗原检测，无论疫苗接种状态与否。

Ⅰ: All persons travelingto China will continue to be required to undergo "double nucleic acid"testing and antigen testing, regardless of vaccination status.

Ⅱ:取消起飞前7天首次核酸检测、血清IgM抗体（含N蛋白）检测、对既往感染史人员肺部CT或X光检查要求。

Ⅱ: The first nucleicacid test 7 days before departure, serum IgM antibody (including N protein)test, and lung CT or X-ray examination requirement for persons with previousinfection history will be cancelled.

在航班起飞前48小时和12小时内，分别在两家不同检测机构各完成1次新冠核酸检测。

A Nucleic Acid test should be completed at each oftwo different testing facilities within 48 hours and 12 hours before the departure of the flight.

Chinese Embassy in Egypt

缩短赴华航班登机前闭环管理时间到五天四晚，同时取消IGM抗体检测要求。

Shorten theclosed-loop management time before boarding flights to China to five days and fournights , and cancel the requirement of IGM antibody testing.
